Happy Skrappy 4th of July

Hello readers! This blog will be focusing on a craft and a little update from Michelle, our founder. So first off, has anyone seen our nice, new promotion in Times Square? And to any new readers, welcome!

So let's get started. And for the craft, who here likes fire works? Well, I certainly do. And being that fireworks are a 4th of July tradition, we have decided to make plastic fire works. How, you ask? Well, here are some instructions.

  1. Collect a few plastic bottles from around your home that are no longer in use.
  2. Clean them out and remove the caps.
  3. Cut off the bottom of each bottle, making sure to cut each bottle a little differently to give each "fire work" it's own "flare".
  4. Now take your sizzors and slide them from one end to the other on each bottle throughout the whole circumerence.
  5. Paint each strip red, white or blue.
  6. Screw on the cap after the paint dries and hang them around your house to make for a patriotic decoration!

Bye for now! -Alice
