Skraptacular Takes Times Square and the New Yorker Takes Skraptacular

From a giant screen in Time Square to whimsical watercolor in a New Yorker blog post, Skraptacular is getting noticed. New Yorker Cartoonist Bob Eckstein chronicled the events of NYC's recent Outdoorfest, and he visited the Skraptacular Tent at the June 1 Rockaway Beach Clean-up. There he snapped pictures of founder Michelle Del Guercio so he could paint her likeness and the Skrappy sculpture she created from beach refuse, in this online blog post for the July 7 & 14 New Yorker, which has a circulation of a little over a million but a total audience of over four million. Click this New Yorker blog post here and share it on all your social media platforms. If it goes viral there's a good chance it will end up in the print version of the magazine.
